                                                                                He graduated in Computer Engineering from the University of Granada in 1992 and received his PhD in Abstract Machine Oriented Heterogeneous Interoperability from the University of Oviedo in 2005 and his MBA from the University Rey Juan Carlos in 2012. He was a professor at the University of Oviedo. He is currently Associate Professor at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos since 1999 and Mentor Venia Docenty at the Universidad Nacional de Enseñanza a Distancia since 1999. He directs the Autonomous Systems classroom where he teaches several seminars and participates in several research projects on autonomous systems and robotics.
