                                                                                Currently I am a member of the Neuromorphic Speech Processing Lab (NeuSpeechLab) at the Center for Biomedical Technology. Since 2011 have also been the Scientific-Technical Director of Glottex VAS SL, a company devoted to develop biomedical solutions to speech and hearing, and the monitoring and evaluation of neurodegenerative illnessess as Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease, Lateral and Multiple Sclerosis, and others, as depression or dementia. I am promoting a Neurolinguistics Mindfulness Network to engage researchers and speech therapists in clinical applications of language production and perception.

                                                                                Pedro Gómez Vilda is a researcher in the field of Signal Processing, Acoustics, and Neuroscience. His work focuses on developing innovative algorithms and architectures for speech recognition, noise reduction, and auditory processing.
